Born 1975 in Ekenäs Finland, Heidi currently lives in New York City.
She received her BA (Hons) Degree in Critical Fine Art Practice from Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design, London.
In addition to Conceptual Art Heidi has worked extensively within the commercial arts field, focusing on illustration and site-specific installations.
These include projects for Sir Elton John, Chanel, Absolut Vodka, Swarovski, J. Maskerey SkinJewellery, Phyllis Newman Interiors, Twentieth Century Fox, Decor and More, Sendin y Asociados, Hudson's Bay co., Marimekko and Collega/ Aveda.
Her work has been featured in Vogue UK, FJORDS magazine (Sweden/ Norway), Elle Deco ES, Elle Decoration UK, Elle UK, Architectural Digest, Frame, I.D. magazine, Interview magazine, Crystallized, Dazed and Confused, Marie Claire, Hello!, among others.
Heidi has received awards from the Arts Council of Finland, The Finnish Cultural Institute UK, Victoria Stiftelsen, Visuelt Awards Norway and Svenska Kulturfonden.
